Under paragraph 4 of part 1 of clause 3 of the Law "On Preventing the Impact of the Global Financial Crisis on the Development of Construction Sector and Housing Construction", till January 1, 2012, individuals and legal entities shall not terminate any agreements, in the result of which the developers shall transfer the finished object (a part of the object) of housing construction, provided 100 per cent of the cost of the object (a part of the object) of housing construction has been covered, unless the termination is effected by agreement between the parties.
A relevant bill was registered under Reg. No. 6687.
